The Teckomatorp area is now seeking substitutes for the autumn of 2026 for both our preschools, Garvaren and Torpet. You can easily reach Teckomatorp by train or bus.

At the preschools, staff work with varying qualifications, competencies, and experience. We constantly strive to ensure that our operations are safe, fun, and educational for all our students/children - always!

Job Responsibilities

Currently, we have two substitute positions for staff on parental leave and one for someone who will be on study leave. The extent of the substitutes is 75–100%, depending on how we otherwise organize the operations.

Some of the substitutes may also be extended. We need you among our oldest children. The departments have children between 3 and 5 years old, and you will work in a team together with experienced preschool teachers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have preschool assistant training and experience working in a preschool. It is important to us that you are interested in building relationships with both children and colleagues so that the work environment for everyone becomes positive, safe, fun, and developmental. The difficulties we may face are best solved together, and you are needed just as much as anyone else in the team.

We work to give children the best prerequisites in life by focusing on creating good relationships with children, their guardians, and developing the preschools so that the content described in the curriculum becomes reality. We work to ensure that participation, engagement, and joy permeate our joint work.
